UF Online Harassment Prevention Training
The harassment prevention training is required by all employees. The employee should provide Caprice McRae with the Certificate of Completion, printed at the end of the course, within their first thirty days of employment. GatorLink is an individual's computer network identity at the University of Florida. Every applicant, student, faculty and staff member is expected to have a GatorLink username and password.
When creating a username, please use the UF Naming Policy of Firstname.Lastname@ufl.edu.

Receive your W-2 Online
Last year, over 15,000 University employees consented to receive their W-2 electronically. For those who have consented, no additional action is required. The IRS requires employers to print W-2s for employees who do not consent. Electronic W-2s will be available earlier than printed W-2s. Printed W-2s will be mailed January 31, 2011. If you have not yet consented, sign up now by logging in to the myUFL system and navigating to My Self Service>W-2/W-2c Consent.
